I should speak to a professional, but I can't afford it. I am 23. I have had a long history with drug abuse. I have a very addictive personality. Since highschool I have felt like I have spiraled downward. cant control my emotions. I have to use a substance to function and to be happy now. I belive that the years of doing this has caused my brain to forget how to do things on its own, such as just being happy and falling asleep. I have to make it stop. Here is a somewhat quick overview:6th grade through sophmore year I abused otc diet pills. Many had ephedra in them. This was when it was still legal. I have had weight issues my whole life. Along with the obsession with pills were bulimia and anorexia. My sophmore year a friend introduced me to methamphetamine. I was instantly hooked.went to jail when i was 17 for it. Was on probation or a year. Along with that i did a little cocaine and ecstacy here and there. But it was mainly meth. My senior year I quit.. was doing great. I had a realtionship that year with a guy. he was my first love. I became pregnant my senior year from him and decided to have an abortion. It was very hard looking back. Abortion is way too hard on young girls that age. This spiraled me down again. Less than 30 days after I got off probation I caught another case for Meth. While on probation the second time I obtained a prescription from a shady doctor for a ridiculously amount of adderal so I could pass drug tests. My main focus while taking this was to lose weight. The next year was my lowest year. I was extremely skinny. Had MAJOR insmoia and depression. I started workin at clubs doing bottle service. I soon began to abuse alcohol as well. I became very very promiscous. I have always been a very sexual person. Some times I have wondered if I have some sexual addiction traits. I soon contracted an std... which was very devastaing. I also had a 2nd abortion. I did not know who the father was which made me feel even worse. I was soon taken advantage of while blacked out by 2 guys who worked at the club i was workin at. I liked one of them lot and we were talking. He brought his friend in to do what he wanted with me. basically.. it was rape. This was a wakeup call. I got off of the adderal within a month or two after. I was doing ok for a few months. Then I started drinking again.. a LOT. I was very very anxious allll the time. My insomnia and depression never changed. thought it might be post-traumatic stress disorder. I wasnt sure. I began drinking almost a whole regular bottle of vodka a night by myself along with marijuana. This lasted about 8 months. I sort of fell into a relationship with a guy after that and I stopped drinking as much. The marijuana never stopped. The past 2 years I smoke every day. Mainly to sleep. Or to calm my anxiety. I exercise a lot now, but i still will smoke a bowl to go to bed. Although my tolerance has gone up so much the past 3 months that I have been feeling a sense of paranoia all the time. Right now my moods are constantly swining back and forth. The Insomnia is still very present. I have anxiety attacks at night before i go to bed. I feel like all tis should be over.Ijust want to be able to function on my own without depending on anything or anyone. I feel that my life has revolved around these substances and I don think i will be able to be mentally sane without them. I dont want to resort to taking a pill the rest of my life. I just want to know what is wrong with me and fix it. Is it in my head? Am i just used to medicating myself or does my brain permanently need somethng to help me function now? Have I messed myself up so badly that I can;t go back now? I have been feeling like I am clinically insane lately. I used to be such a happy person and in control of my emotions.

I am 44 years old and have always struggled to keep my weight down, however it never became a real problem until I hit about the age of 35. I cannot seem to lose no matter what I do. I am living in Halifax Nova Scotia, currently working between 20-25 hours a week, I have been struggling for some time now with diabetes and due to lack in hours and costs of living, and applying for new jobs with no luck, i have been forced to eat a less then healthy diabetic diet. I am not on insulin and take pills which i have been getting for free through my doctor but in order for them to be fully effective i need to have the money there to be able to afford foods with less carbs and sugar. To give you an idea i usually have under 100 bucks or so to work with a month. I want to know if nova scotia has any programs, where i can get in contact with them, who help with the costs for people with diabetes.. unfortunately as much as i love my doctor even she seems to be unaware of government programs, same with the canadian diabetes association. When i work i work hard and i live on my own with just me to take care of me, so any help, webpages, anything would be a great help to me.Thanks for the replies however, i have seen a dietitian and i have a meal plan specifically geared to my needs, its the lack of money that is the issue here, i know how diabetes works and where it came from.

And I drink the tea for the low caffeine for work, headaches, reduction of cramps, energy, and antioxidant. Also the splenda in the tea has the least (or none) effect on pregnancy. So question: Should I stop at the risk of neural tube birth defect even though I have been drinking for over a 1year and during my first trimester? Quick trim, Slim Quick, Acai Berry - Which one works?
Well I've spent hours on the internet searching for an answer and have not found 2 list that have the same "best" pills, which is very discouraging bc which "best" do you pick if none are the same. I probably almost ordered 5 different ones only to find another one that i thought might be better. Finally i figured out which type of pill i need and then it was easier to narrow down the list.. now about me: I am a 24 year old woman with 3 kids, ever since my mid teens i've always had the same build at 5'2" and 103lbs (minus being pregnant) even after having all 3 kids my weight always went back to 103. I also smoked cigarettes. Well 2 yrs ago i had a partial hysterectomy in august and then with I quit smoking that following march. Within the first month of not smoking my weight went from 103 to 112 (no biggie) and i seemed to hold onto that weight until November. Somewhere between nov and feb my weight went to 131 which i didn't understand why bc i only ate more for the first month of not smoking and then went back to my normal eating habits. This was not okay to me... with such a small frame the 28lbs did not look good on me, it all seem to go to my belly, butt and thighs. I went from 18.8 bmi (healthy) to 23.9 (healthy but close to the max which is 24.9). So I started eating healthier, stopped drinking soda and high sugared beverages, and got a gym membership working out with a trainer 3 days a week and doing an hr on the treadmill the other 3 days with sunday being my day off. Well i did that for 3 months and stayed the same weight but did notice that my body was starting to look a little better but not enough for me. Which has brought me here.. i know its not a great idea to start diet pills but i'm getting desperate.. my marriage, self esteem, and wallet have taken a beating.. i don't want to smoke again bc i feel great and also believe i'll end up with cancer like majority of my older family members that smoke. But every time i get on the scale thats all i think about is smoking to go back to my normal weight. I think when i quit smoking my metabolism lowered bc of it causing me to gain weight.. I think if i can get back to that weight it will be much easier for me to maintain the weight (which is what i'm doing now) bc by the time i realized what the soda and food was doing it was too late and i had already gained the weight. well now i want to lose weight, i would be happy at 108 which is the suggested weight for my size. So after all the research i have decided to order ephBURN25. I know it has ephedra but they regulated how much and its low enough that if taken properly will work without being dangerous. I am gonna stay on my same diet, but unfortunately i have no time for the gym now that school is out so i am doing what i can at home. planks, plunges, squats, jumping jacks and ball exercises. I will update my results so that hopefully its easier for others to decide if its right for them bc its hard to know which one to get bc everything is being "sold". well this is just me trying to figure out what works for me! I have taken Stimerex ES with Ephedra in the past and loved it. It worked awesome. I am looking into starting a regime again and found one product called "Diablos ECA Fire w/50mg Ephedra Extract".
