What Diet Pill REALLY Works?
Well I am five weeks pregnant, this is my second pregnancy. My first pregnancy I had no problems at all, perfect pregnancy. This Time, I am Nauseas from the time i wake up to the time i go to sleep, I haven't been able to eat because I just feel Like I'm Going To throw it all up. Its just a terrible feel to feel all day I dont feel like myself. I've lost seven lbs because of this. So my question is...why is this happening to me and is it going to last my whole pregnancy? i went the the hospital and they gave me some pills for nausea (ephrenen or something like that) but it doesnt work at all.

Weight loss for teens.?
I am currently taking the depo provera shot. Pros to that are NO PERIOD and NOTHING to remember on a daily bases. Cons Haven't been able to lose weight and i've gotten acne. I don't do dairy product so im sure I don't get much calcium so im not sure how strong my bones are (oh yea im 20) and Ive seen that the shot could cause loss of bone density. I missed the last day to take the shot so yesterday I went to have the required preg test so i could get it today but im not sure I want to get it this time. Im torn between that and the pill. If i don't go get it today then id have to get another pregnancy test done and then go back to get the shot so i need to make the decision soon. I asked my husband and of course he likes that I don't have a period but other than that he says he just doesn't want to have a baby right now. so I need to be on something and condoms don't really work for us. Any suggestions or advice? What are your personal preferences and experience. Thank you for your serious answers!!

Okay so i've been trying to loose weight for the fast few years, i succeeded a bit during the summer but it all went down the drain when i stopped going to the gym ( way too expensive and parents did not want to keep on paying). Now I gained the few pounds i had lost and well i might have gone back to my weight i gain more fat around the abdominal area. ever since i have been vigorously trying to do exercise and loose the weight and nothing is working, i don't want to give up but i am frustrated because every week when i start i immediately loose my motivation and my willingness to do anything. I don't know what to do mind you i am 17 and weight 150 pound, i don't look obese but i have excessive fat in my stomach and flabby arms and flabby thighs. Now i am asking anyone please give me any tips on how to stay motivated while doing the exercise and maybe even a few things that i should do to toned my body and get my shape back please even or some pills that help increase fat loss ( that actually works). Please help me, please anything, exercises,pills, diets to follow and specially a way to motivate my self to loose weight. Also just to ask is it possible to get toned and loose maybe 10-20 pounds in a month? also please no acai berry recommendation for i do not have the money to pay any expensive weight loss treatment because i am only 17 and my parents don't want to help me pay anything. >.>

Will adipex affect my birth control?
So, I'm trying to get pregnant, I was diagnosed with PCOS and ever since I lost 50 Lbs. Unfortunately I gained 20Lbs back because I stopped taking care of myself. Yet, I still feel happy that I lost 30 Lbs total. I'm still trying to lose more weight; I'm taking diet pills (Adipex) and I'm going to start taking Metformin also. I've been on Metformin before but stopped it because of the way it was making me feel. Has anyone tried both of these pills? and/or has positive results or ideas? advice?This is for the comment that Jack left...You are right, Metformin is prescribed to patients that are diabetic. It is also prescribed to patients with PCOS to help them get a normal period, and help with ovulation. It is sometimes combined with Clomid, a fertility drug. Trust me, I would not be taking a pill if it is not prescribed by a doctor, and I am not diabetic either.

I am pregnant with my second boy and I am looking for a change! They say adipex is for short term use, but I am willing and dedicated to making lifetime changes and changing habits!! I just need a headstart. I have tried so many things and my will power is now gone. I need a little push :)I would never take such a pill during pregnancy..I should have noted that. i have found out that i have pcos and i have never even ovulated before! i may have a period once or twice a year and my doctor has me on provera to start my periods and im also taking clomid to make me ovulate but this has failed to happen. i have been on clomid for 2 yrs and they have upped the dose as well a few times and nothing seems to be working. i did however stop trying and got off the fertility pills and got on adipex. i had not had a period in about 6 months when i started taking it and after i had lost 7 lbs i had started my period on my own with no meds! he then gave me the clomid to take and it still didnt make me ovulate. that was in july. its now oct and i havent had another period...... i am so discouraged, i dont know what to do anymore..... please help me with some encouragement and advice. i need a "pick me up" its like everyone around me is getting pregnent and its a big slap in the face casue i have been trying so hard to do everything right for two years and nothing has happenendmy doctor just so happens to be a fertility specialist. like i said i have tried all kinds of stuff. even different docs

Today is Oct 5th 2010, About a Week ago I started having Sharp Shooting pains Like I Did when I was 1st Preggers with my 2 daughters, N I dreamed I was Preggers this past weekend..lol So I took 2 off brand Tests today both are postive .. I need to lose some weight, i'm thinking around 10-15 lbs. I've tried intensive excercising, a low calorie diet, detox, and alli weight loss pills (everytime i used them, the side effects that were signifying the pill was working happened, but i never lost any weight). I've tried diet plans too, but I NEVER LOST ANY WEIGHT!! I'm 5'5 130lbs and i'm 15. How do i lose some weight? all i've gained is muscle and i want to fit in to a smaller size, not get some meat on me!!i'm doing resistance training for 25-30 minutes a day and afterwards, i take a 2-3 mile run. i also use this leg resistance machine and do 5 reps of 40 sit ups. my diet is just to stop when i'm the slightest bit full and stay away from preservatives. i find myself counting calories sometimes, though i'm not supposed to.


I've tried everything, but I just can't seem to get skinny!?
It's been only 5 days since I've started taking Alli. I am currently on low fat and low calorie diet. I am having some of the treatment affect but, I am not having loose stools at all. If anything, I am not able to go everyday like I use to before I went on this pill.. I went almost 2 full day without having to go. Had bad gas that gave me sharp pain all over my stomach all day, I can't seem to find anything about constipation during Alli diet. any ideas?

What I mean is if you're allowed up to 15g of fat in each meal, is it okay to eat just that? Or should you aim for lower? Also, if you do aim for lower, what's too low? I had 5g of fat for breakfast and am planning on 15g for lunch.
