Kids and the word "dieting" should never be
used in the same sentence. Yes, childhood obesity is a real issue that must be
addressed - but I can't help cringing when I hear talk of putting a child "on a
diet". Is your child's weight problem real or imagined? At what level does extra
body fat become a health issue?...
