I was 5'6 and 110 pounds by restricting to 1300 calories a day for around 6 months.During then, I guess I've been too restrictive. I lost my period for 6 months. However I did feel really proud and happy at 110. I feel it is my right weight. I saw my Dr and she put me on birth control pills starting December. So since December this year, I started binging and eating too much everyday for 4-5 weeks. Lots of junk food. I also got my period for the first time in 6 months this week. I gained 20 pounds in total. I feel bloated, heavy, horrible and failure. I exercised hard to lose weight and I was really overweight before (150 pounds). I also started eating really healthily before. Theses days I eat unhealthily, too much, binge and am gaining weight.I want to ask, do you think some of the weight is from getting my period again from the pills ? And how do I realistically combat the weight gain? I've decided to stop eating junk food and binging today. Long story made short. I am 21 years old 153 pounds and 5 feet 3 inches, very active, healthy, athletic and fat. Family promotes healthy eating. I run 3 miles (at the same pace) one morning and the next morning I power walk 3 miles. I eat fist size meals, and I know about sodium, trans fats, calories, sugar, and all that fun stuff. I have tiered healthy dieting, I have tiered starving, I have tiered healthy dieting with diet pills and starving with diet pills. Oh yea I also work out at night for two hours. I do a 30 minutes cardio warm up then one day I do upper body along with abs and the next I do lower body. You can tell that I work out I am full of energy and tone. Yet I am still fat, I can grab a handful of fat, which depresses me because I work so hard. I have incredible self-control and dedication. I have trained my friends at the gym and I have made them eating plans… the ones who actually follow my instructions look very pretty and have such a good bodies. Then I look at the mirror and I am still a size 11 and I still shop for size Large. I been to my doctor and I am healthy, I had a trainer and he says I am fit, I had a nutritionist and i believe I know how to eat properly. I believe I am going into a depression and seeking help from anyone who might have had this problem and found a solution to getting rid of this nasty fat I call my back boobs and my rolls. I weight 153 and I am 40 inches around the stomach area): its not in my head its actual fat. Yes I consume plenty of water my 8 glasses every day. Genetic wise, my mom’s family is thin or alethic… my dad’s family are all shapes and sizes… my dad is built and my mom is thin. Please help me.

My husband and I have discussed our birth control options and sterilization is covered by our insurance for either of us but it is easier for him to get clipped so we are contemplating it. The wolf currently lives in a tiny 5 by 10 ft area in the basement, separated from the rest of the house with a wood gate, with a doggy door that leads to the tiny and completely destroyed backyard (by him, of course). He is being fed on a diet of vegetables and cooked chicken, and occasional dog food. She is completely crazy and thinks that he is happy as her pet, and that he loves her. She comes out to look at him occasionally, and feeds him, and that's it. He whimpers whenever anyone passes by his gate. And the saddest part is that he smells so badly! He has always smelled badly, according to my boyfriend, dragging in the smell of dirt and rain into the basement, but recently he's been getting what looks to be open sores on his body and so the entire house has recently started to have an unbearable stench of decaying flesh (no exaggeration). She is old and paranoid, and has lost her sense of smell, so she accuses us of lying when we complain about the smell. We've tried to persuade her to put him down humanely, given his current state and the fact that he never should have been a pet in the first place, but she won't listen. She has nothing and no one left in the world besides him, as she lives a lonely existence, either working or watching TV or playing Solitaire. I just can't take it anymore. It's absolutely inhumane and probably unethical to keep such a beautiful wild animal in a such a pathetic existence for over 20 years, to keep a pack animal with natural wolf instinct in a tiny space, where he can't see anyone or interact with anyone or anything. I feel so bad for him! And I'm really concerned about his sores. He is way too old, given that wolves in the wild live to 10 years at most. What should I do? Should I report him to Animal Humane Society, and have them come and put him down? Should I go to a vet and ask for some sort of a pill to put him down? Or should I just bear it, and try to live here as long as we can before going crazy? My conscience (and my sense of smell) is really getting to me! My boyfriend is up for anything I decide. Note: we both just graduated and are living with her to save up money so that we can go to graduate school next year. We can't afford to be kicked out, and we can't let her find out that we had anything to do with this. Thank you for your responses!By the way, my intention is only to help him, I don't want any charges pressed against her or anything. She is already living such a sad life as is. If I were to report her, would any charges be pressed for 20 years + of animal abuse? I am also not sure if they are sores. They smell horrible, and the site is dark brown, and we guess that it's dried blood because it's been there for months. We figure that if it was dirt (as she claims), it would have just been washed down with rain by now. We don't know, because like we said, no vet will see him and obviously he can't be showered or anything.

HELP!!! What over the counte diet works?
Hello my dear friend went to the Dr. on Monday 1/12. He hadn't been to the Dr in about 10 years. I know because of me he finally went! He is 25 and got a check up. They did blood & urine tests for practically everything. They did tell him the results would come in today. They did find his blood pressure a little borderline and just gave a low dosage of generic pill. They basically told him to lay off the salt & diet for a couple of months and he would be fine. Okay so they call him today and asked when he could see the Dr. so he could read him the results. For him to make an appointment for tomorrow, Friday or Monday. Why couldn't they tell him on the phone if it was bad or good? Should I worry? I tend to be a little paranoid just because they had found leukemia in his younger brother. I have been struggling with my weight for about 9 years now. Im 5'8 200lbs 21 yrs old.I have tried different types of diet pills and nothing works. I have a gym membership with a personal trainer and also exercise outside of the gym everyday and that doesn't work. I'm not a dieter myself, but I was wandering, if you are overweight and want to slim down, simply not eating will obviously not work, the body needs certain vitamins and other supplements even if you're obese. I am 20 years old.. im not super fat but over weight.. i am like 5'2" and weigh about 145 so im not that over weight. but i am working out at home.. and just wanted some assistance with my diet and exercise. and im going to start going to the gym but i want something to help jumpstart my weight loss so i can start to become toned and fit. the way i was about 7 months ago.. i just became depressed and less active. and want to know if there is a pill that can help me! So, I searched Y! Answers about Adipex and found that a lot of people are really against this pill, but I am more interested in hearing from the women (or men) who have actually TAKEN the pill and what their results were. I am interested in taking Adipex. I'm obese and I have friends who have taken it and were successful from it. However, I know that not everyone is the same and not everyone reacts the same so I want to hear from others. And before you all start on me about dieting and eating right and joining the gym. . . I already have. I have been in the gym since February of this year and I am on a very strict low calorie diet that isn't doing me a lick of good. With joining the gym the first couple of months I lost 20lbs, but that has since stopped. I have lost about 3lbs a month since. I drink plenty of water and no caffeine or high calorie drinks because I stick to my diet plan. I want to take Adipex to "help" me out.
