How can i loss weight fast!?
Hey all my statistics are 31 30 and 36 as you can notice that my upper body is definitely thinner than my lower body.I recently suffered weight loss so my bust has gone from 33 to 31 now and now my figure Just doesn't look good.Also it gets me into trouble while getting up from the bed when you are sitting on the bed.I get stucked while getting up if i am sitting on the floor :'( MY hips bulge out and don't look good from the sideways . Alright i weight about 350 pounds I am a male and 5'9. Recently I started the gym And need to know how much weight i could lose in a month if i ate only 1500 calories or so. I know you guys will say thats to little and such but no thats all i want to eat because i need fast results. Please do not say its not healthy! I know it isnt but all i need answered is if what i do is good enough to lose weight fast...Like at least 5 pounds a weekI walk at the gym for like 30 minutes at a pace of 2.5.(I could do more but just that my legs start to hurt...I dont really get all out of breath or anything.)After walking i get on the bike and do about 1 mile on it sometimes more. But the least i do is 1 mile.After the bike I go in the sauna for about 20 minutes. (A friend told me its good)After the sauna i go swimming for about an hour or so. And I just do laps back and forth. Out of the 1 hour I am usualy in there...About 45 minutes I am swimming and 15 minutes I would proly be resting. How much weight could i lose in a month?Also a friend told me to take some pills to lose weight also while i do all that and it will like double my weight loss?

I've always been a thin girl, ranging from a size 0 to a size 5. At age 17, I started birth control, which took me from 101 pounds to 164 pounds in just 2 years. This drastic weight gain has really taken a toll on my personal life. I'm definitely not as outgoing as I used to be, and I've lost a lot of confidence. I'm making some changes! I just purchased an elliptical, which I plan on using every other day. As well as Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred that I plan on using the days I don't use the elliptical. ALSO, I've made positive changes to my diet. I completely cut out sodas (I normally had 2 or more a day), went from whole milk to organic fat free, and white bread to wheat bread. Even though I'm not a big fan of diet pills, I'm actually terrified of what they can do, I purchased Lipo 6 because of it's great reviews.Anyhow, I'm just asking for some advice. I've never had to watch what I eat or do anything to maintain my thin physique 2 years ago. Am I on the right track to weight loss?How long until I should begin seeing results?

I was 5'6 and 110 pounds by restricting to 1300 calories a day for around 6 months.During then, I guess I've been too restrictive. I lost my period for 6 months. Long story made short. I am 21 years old 153 pounds and 5 feet 3 inches, very active, healthy, athletic and fat. Family promotes healthy eating. I run 3 miles (at the same pace) one morning and the next morning I power walk 3 miles. I eat fist size meals, and I know about sodium, trans fats, calories, sugar, and all that fun stuff. I have tiered healthy dieting, I have tiered starving, I have tiered healthy dieting with diet pills and starving with diet pills. Oh yea I also work out at night for two hours. I do a 30 minutes cardio warm up then one day I do upper body along with abs and the next I do lower body. You can tell that I work out I am full of energy and tone. Yet I am still fat, I can grab a handful of fat, which depresses me because I work so hard. I have incredible self-control and dedication. I have trained my friends at the gym and I have made them eating plans… the ones who actually follow my instructions look very pretty and have such a good bodies. Then I look at the mirror and I am still a size 11 and I still shop for size Large. I been to my doctor and I am healthy, I had a trainer and he says I am fit, I had a nutritionist and i believe I know how to eat properly. I believe I am going into a depression and seeking help from anyone who might have had this problem and found a solution to getting rid of this nasty fat I call my back boobs and my rolls. About two weeks ago my partner and I had unprotected sex. Yes it was a silly decision and no I wasnt on contraception at the time. It was a heat of the moment decision and something we now very much regret. Okay here's my fcked up situation. I'm a freshman in high school. It's been half way through the year so far. Mid-term tests or whatever are coming up. My grades are not the best. I have this discharge, sometimes its clear, sometimes white, sometimes light yellow.Usually its clear after a shower, white is during the day, and yellow is usually at the end of the day. It has a foul odor, but all the words ive seen is "fishy", and i dont think it is a fishy smell, but it IS NOT normal. I can tell. Ive looked online and im beggining to think i have BV. I went to the family doctor a few months ago saying i thought i had a yeast infection and she very quickly asked questions, took a swab of my vagina, and said she saw yeast, gave me two pills to take and monistat and said it should clear it up. She also said that i was low on some good bacteria..i dont remember the name, but it was long. I recently read online that BV is cause when good bacteria is low, allowing the bad bacteria to grow more. Causing the abnormal discharge and odor. I dont want to seem like a hypocondriac and keep showing up at the doctor, because ive been there like six times in the past few months-for various reasons.I live with my dad. So, its not that easy to tell him these things. Telling him to take me to the doctor for what i THOUGHT was a yeast infection was so hard and embarassing, so i think im just gonna ask him this time to take me to an gynocologist since they are experts at the female area.Also, after i did the monistat kit, i started my period like the next day. It just so happens that i had my appt. at the same doctor for my 2nd Guardisil vaccine a few days after i went for the infection. She gave me my shot and asked if the medicines had helped. I was on my period, but my dad was sitting in the room. So i just said Yeah, because i reallly didnt know if it had or hadnt, since i was on my period. When i got off of it, things were fine for about three days. I was THRILLED that it had gone away. Knock On Wood. :/ It came back. This time even worse. The odor was super strong, and the skin around the vaginal opening burns. Like, whenever the discharge comes out, it seems as if its irritating the skin...Ill go wipe myself and it stops burning until more discharge comes. and discharge was stinky and it constantly comes out. It comes out so much to the point that im always wearing panty liners. If this has been a bacterial infection for the whole time, would the monistat for a yeast infection make it worse? Or do you think i had a yeast infection, it went away, then i got BV.?

I am overweight and have been ever since I can remember. I am a pretty healthy eater (I am a vegetarian, don't eat fast food, and never fry anything. Grease makes me gag and upsets my stomach). What am I doing wrong?
So ive always been overweight from a young age, but it has never gotten this bad,I used to weigh 180 at a height of 5"7" and my body carries its weight very evenly, so I wasnt as depressed about how I looked at this weight, but now I got on the scale and I weight 210 pounds!It could be so many things. I started taking birth control pills, and I know that has a huge part of this. I stopped working out like I used to last year, I used to run a couple of days a week, but then I got lazy, and also I moved away from my old town and my boyfriend, and even though im not THAT far away, it definitely stressed me out to move to another place, and also despressed me because I dont feel like doing anything anymore. I dont like to hand out with my friends. I dont like to be around my family...even my parents, I barely speak to them. I just want to be alone all the time and I know that im eating my feelings. I just cant believe this has all caught up to my and made my stomach so big, When I started going out with my boyfriend 9 months ago, I was in the best shape I ever was in, and now I got so fat im scared that he wont want my body anymore, even though all he tells me is how beautiful I am and how hot I am etc. I just need serious help sticking to something and making myself lose weight. Im thinking about bullimia, my mom was mullimic when she was 18 and got so skinny...... it makes me want to do the same thing, because she was overweight in high school and bullimia worked for her. I know thats the wrong path.... its just that I cant even get myself to do anything about it anymore..... helpppp!

For exercise i do cardio... 30 min on the treadmill (run 20 min walk 10 min) and 30 on the bike. then i go again in the afternoon and its 30 min on the ellipitical 15 min on the stair climber and 15 min walk on the treadmill. i do a few push-ups through out the week to keep some muscle. i also take maybe 1 or 2 days off for rest. The reason for me wanting to lose weight is i have a child on the way and i also want to fufill my dream of serving in the air force along with my wife. If there is any advice anyone can throw at me i will greatly appreciate it! ps i know its alot but i want to give all detail for best advice possible

my best friend of almost 7 years (since 14 almost 21) judas got me pregnant, we were not planning this and i was on the pill and we used a condom...i will not abort or opt for adoption. one of judes (mybest friend and father of baby) ex girlfriends had an abortion and it really hurt his schooling,social life and life in general. he moved 9 hours away to go to school for history and anthropology.and i am currently in my junior yr studying marketing and managment, about to transfer into a honors baking and pastry art program. we fell in love at 18 but didnt want to risk our friendship since then we have dated on and off, however when he moved we agreed it was easier to be friends even though we both have much stronger feeling for each other. over his recent visit (almost a month and left 2weeks and a half ago) we had protected sex often. . . but it failed and here i am a little over 5 weeks pregnant (i found out after going to the doctor for other reasons i had blood work done). he has a good job but i have been a dancer for years, music videos concerts etc. that will no longer be an option for me with a belly :/ but i dont know how to go about telling him, i know he will not be exactly thrilled. he is moving back home by the end of this week so last night i tried to tell him i needed to talk to him, and he kinda just blew it off until i told him i got a gig dancing in a relatively well known music artists video but dont think i will be able to do it bc they wouldnt want me and told him it was all part of what we needed to talk about... he might stay with me and my roommates until he get a place of his own... only one of my roommates know. he is very stressed about his move back home and has this idea that when he moves everything is going to be perfect and happy :/any advice on when or how to tell him? im so confused and kinda scared ;/ i know he will be there for me ... after the shock and maybe after he drinks himself under the table... i still plan on going to school and i will make sure he does too, and if he does run i will still be the best mother i can be... i just dont know how to go about this one? i know i should be able to just say anythign to him,hes my bestfriend... but im having such a hard time... sorry it is long, but thank you guys so much for taking to time!well if i keep reposting obviously i was looking for more advice... oh stupid people

What is the best birth control for an 18 yr old? Pills or injection?
My girlfriend and I have been dating for just a week short of a year. At first, we had regular sex, it was at least every other night, and then a few month's later (May) she decided to take the contraceptive pill. Her decision she say's was to stop painful periods and avoid having to use condoms. So she start's taking them and she told me that for a few week's she may be a bit messed up, so I'm fine with this, 6 week's later the period (or spotting?) end's and we have sex but have to stop shortly as it hurt's her because it's been a while. So a week later without any physical contact from her, she changes the type of pill she's on due to mood swings I'm fine with this and 5 week's later due to periods we have sex and again have to stop shortly due to it hurting again. A week later we attempt again but it hurt's her, a couple of days later she forgets to take her pill and is then on again for 4 weeks, 2 weeks after her being off her period we have sex and yet again it hurts (baring in mind there is more than enough of her own lubrication involved ), a couple of day's later I go on holiday/vacation for 10 days, come back and she missed another pilled and was on her period for around 6 weeks. This has led us to around December/january time, we had sex for the first time in 7 weeks the other night and I had to stop again due to the pain (She's had 6 partner's that I know of so it's not her first time when she first tried with me).Her pill leaflet doe's say 'lack of sex drive'. I'm beginning to get frustrated, we must have had sex around 5 time's in the past 7 month's and for a 22, 21 year old couple I think that is pretty lame. I've attempted to ask her about this and how we can go about it, I'm even beginning to think she is trying everything to avoid sex with me, even though she say's that the sex is amazing, i'm the best etc. When I try to talk to her she just ignores me.What can I say to her?

Have some questions about diet pills please answer to the best you can. I need to lose some weight with in a few months about 4 or 5 and I have a bmi of 29.1 So here are my questions. I am going to take a pregnancy test tomorrow. It will be 5 days before my period is supposed to come. I had unprotected sex on day 7 of my cycle, after missing 3 birth control pills. I think I ovulated early, and that is why I'm taking the test before my peiod. Should I wake up early to go to the store and get the test and take it before school? Because I have heard first morning urine works the best. Or could I wait until the evening and get the same accuracy in the result? Any info would be great.
