I weigh 302lbs. I am currently taking a weight loss supplement called clen extreme by tokkyo nutrition and it seems to work. i started the pill 11/28/2010 weighing 343lbs and today (12/27/2010) i weigh 302lbs. it seems to work. along with the pill i am eating +/- 1200 calories a day to include fiber one cereal with skim milk, a banana, and a piece of whole wheat toast with sprinkled cheese and drizzled honey for breakfast. for lunch i either eat a sandwhich whole wheat bread, turkey meat, lettuce, spicy mustard, sometime tomato and jalapenos and chili peppers, or a salad lettuce, tomato, grilled chicken strips, jalapeno and chili peppers with pepper and italian dressing and a serving of peanuts. and for dinner i eat a kellogs protein shake fiber one bar and an orange. through out the day i eat apples and drink plenty of water. For exercise i do cardio... 30 min on the treadmill (run 20 min walk 10 min) and 30 on the bike. then i go again in the afternoon and its 30 min on the ellipitical 15 min on the stair climber and 15 min walk on the treadmill. i do a few push-ups through out the week to keep some muscle. i also take maybe 1 or 2 days off for rest. The reason for me wanting to lose weight is i have a child on the way and i also want to fufill my dream of serving in the air force along with my wife. If there is any advice anyone can throw at me i will greatly appreciate it! ps i know its alot but i want to give all detail for best advice possible
