What is in this pill, and where can i find some info about it online. And dont just give me a website like pill identifier i looked everywhere, and couldnt find it. It is a whit, round pill. Andrx 642, watson 500.

I found a pill on the floor, lets get to the point, I though it was ma bey Ecstasy.. But then I went onto the Pill identifier and searched. I could not identify it. Its a white round pill with the markings "ST" on the front and on the back it says "Cisa_5".. I'm trying to work on overcoming a drug addiction every day struggle (been clean since 8/18/09 but, he still sneaks pain pills for his back (we do own a automotive garage in our area), into my house & i'm suppose to pretend like I don't know what's going on. I need help & advice in my 6 year relationship!!!?
I had a UTI and they have done tests and say I no longer have one, but I was on Cipro a day late because I missed one dose at night, and continued to take it the next morning. Can missing one dose of Cipro 500mg cause the UTI to stay around or come back. My urine came back negative but I am not sure if the cipro can cause that test to be false or not, cause it was in my system? I still have some frequency and urgency and there is a little pressure under my kidneys but I have had gastrititis in the past and am thinking that could be it. It is not bad pain, just dull aching. Can gastrtitis cause that? It is especially on the left side. I can't get back to the doctor till tuesday and it is a clinic on campus cause I have no insurance. They are closed for the holidays. Also I am drinking cran-apple juice and water but I was told that cran-apple is not good. I took the cranberry supplement pills cause I can't stand the taste of regular cranberry juice, or these just as good? Should I stop taking the cran-apple? why does my knee hurt severely?
On saturday i needed a pill and i got it the next day and it is called Plan B then a week after on thursday I needed it again (I know I'm stupid for doing this) but they had a different brand called Next Step. I'm 34 years old. I take Zovia (birth control pills). My periods are very light! I'm having severe cramps and back pain 1 week after my period. so, i'm on my period. since the time i got it and now, i haven't really had any pain. but earlier i felt some cramps coming on, and whenever i get cramps, i get them BAD. so i decided to take three menstrual relief pills instead of two. info about the pills: -up&up brand. -acetaminophen 500mgoh and i don't know if this is helpful or anything, but i'm sixteen. hahaha. i don't know.. so is it healthy to take 3 instead of 2? i probably do the this about 2 times a year, so i don't think it should be that bad? but maybe i'm wrong.. answers please :)
