Yes, Tramadol overdose is very dangerous and can be fatal. Symptoms of Tramadol overdose are much like the symptoms of opiate overdose: lethargy, light-headedness, drowsiness, pin-point pupils, clammy or bluish skin, shallow breathing, slow heartbeat, irregular heartbeat, vomiting, seizures, passing out, coma. If you think someone may have overdosed on Tramadol, you need to call 911 for an ambulance immediately. Don't try to induce vomiting, and don't try to encourage them to walk it off -- they should stay still and wait for the paramedics to arrive. If they're unresponsive, lay them on their side so that if they vomit they will not choke.

it is possible to od on ANY drug. like, you drink/ingest enough of anything, yeah, you can die.different drugs will have different amounts you would have to ingest, but if it is considered medicine or a drug, you can certainly od on it

It is synthetic codeine. The problem with take too much of Tramadol or Codeine is that your central nervous system become impaired, and you can actually stop breathing.To the person who said it is a muscle relaxer? You are wrong as it is classified as a pain killer.

It certainly will mess up someone without an opiate tolerance and even if I took 4 (I have a large tolerance), I'd be high as a kite. Only problem I find with it is that while things like Percocet (oxycodone) and Vicodin (hydrocodone) give me energy, Tramadol makes me sleepy and I tend to nod out on it.

Lyrica's status as a controlled substance is something of debate, there's been no case studies of it being abused. Because of the way it works it has the potential to be abused however. It's also a rather bizarre drug - it won't show up on any standard urine screen.Tramadol on the other hand is a synthetic opiate. It will show up as an opiate on urine tests, in some cases flagged heroin.
