If i am on probation and i have to get a urine drug screen will tramadol show up in it?

I just came back from probation and have been taking tramadol like candy all week and I even took some on the way in and I passed my drug test so no it doesn't show up. That's from first hand experience.

for a typical drug test , no tramadol will prolly not show. for probation im sure they are looking for the illegal drugs. if you are taking it with a doctors consent ask the dr for proof of pescription and why you are on it.

I would believe anything pill wise will show even advil. Also it depends when you take the pill and when they take a test.Now theses days they can find everything!!!!

Tramadol is an opiod it will show in the test, unless you have a prescription for this painkiller they'll probably say something about it. But you can go to GNC Wal-Mart Walgreens or just about anywhere and get Niacin it is vitamin b6 and a very fast antioxidant take 1000 ml and you'll be clean of anything. Good luck man.

I take tramadol and percocets and my drug screens at work keep coming up positive for pcp why?

ive taken tramadol for 2 years now and the percocets for about a month now. i was wanting to know why its doing this and how. please my job is at serious risk.

After your drug screen you have a chance to present any medications that you take to the doctor, if the combinations of all the meds you are taking could possibly be giving the result you have seen, then that will be noted and the test should be considered a false positive. This is only valid if the prescriptions are current and in your name and can be verified by the doctor who prescribed them to you.You can also request a split test (done by two different labs) to see if they will have a different result. I don't see how that combo is showing up as pcp, as a narcotic yes, as flat out pcp... i don't think so.

i would say its because they are narcotics but pcp is an hallucinogen. So i would probably ask your Doc.

Because Tramadol shows up as pcp. It is considered a false positive. Make sure that you tell them that you are taking tramadol and show the prescription if necessary. As long as you have a script for them, they shouldn't be able to fire you based solely on that.

it doesnt come up positive for pcp it comes up negative positive, that meens they have no idea if youve taken it or no the drug test cannot detect it completely but finds some similarities. i know a person who almost overdosed on coricidin (tripple c's) and took it for months and when he got a test it came up poitive negative

My doctor gave me a scrip for 180 tramadol is it more dangerous than other painkillers?

I have had a bad back for years and told my doc that I don't want anything real strong because I still have to function at work. But after reading a little about possible side effects it seems to be worse than taking an opioid. Has anyone taken this stuff and is it worth it?

I was prescribed tramadol (zydol) about 6 years ago, I was about 16 at the time, for lower back pain following surgery on a herniated disc. I started to take less as the pain decreased but it had horrible side effects. I was so addicted to them I got the shakes and couldn't sleep at all. Then last year I was prescribed the same again under a different generic name; not realising what they were I had a repeat of what had happened. They are a great pain killer but I'd seriously advise staying away from them,I take tylex now, which are a mixture of 500mg paracetamol 30mg codeine in each capsule. I find they work great and yes even though the codeine is slightly addictive, its not a fraction as bad as the tramadol.

Tramadol will make your back stop hurting, and make you useless.Don't drive, don't drink beer, don't mow the lawn. Just stay in one place, and plan on staying there for a lot of hours.It will stop the pain. Unless your work is watching TV, you won't function very well at all.- Stuart

They are way overrated. Kills no pain, has horrible side effects. This is a bad joke for people really looking for true pain relief.
