Can i have a seizure from 50mg of tramadol?

I have no history of epilepsy, head injury or anything really. I'm not taking any drugs at all, including no SSRIs. I've never taken Tramadol before and i'm just curious if a seizure could occur from 50mg. Everywhere I go they always tell me the same vague information.

So have you had a seizure and what has your Physician/pharmacist said to you concerning the Tram when you ask him/her this question. Look a simple aspirin can cause many people to bleed to death so there are effects from every foreign substance you stick in your body. usually seizures come from tramadol withdrawal plus 50mg is not that much... i'm not a doctor by the way so double check on wikipedia

you'll get a little pain relief. If you take 3-4, you will feel really nice. I take tramadol regularly. They can get you high, like as pain killers can. It acts on your brain like an opiate does. Wikipedia has great information on it. The first time I took 4, me and a friend both did. We felt really warm and floaty i guess and felt like laying down and listening to music.

If the person is an epileptic patient then it is contraindicated as it can precipitate seizures . Other effects include nausea and vomiting . No effects would be observed on cardiovacular or respiratory system unlike other opiod drugs :)

How many tramadol should i take to feel good?

So today i got my wisdom teeth out and i was prescribed Tramadol at 50 MG.im 5'10 and weigh around 132 pounds.It says to take 1 every 4-6 hours.my question is how much should a first time with no experience with pills take to feel good.im not looking to get trashed just experience some of the tramadol high.please once again no preaching, im aware of the complications and risks when taking this, all i am asking for his help.

You should take 2. Dont take anymore than that and eat something with it. Trams make ya feel pretty good. But, good advice, Dont go getting addicted to them things! ITs Hell!

From my experience, you should only take two if ur a first time user, because three gives you a kind of tweaked out feeling, the first time. Two should do the job =)
