Four years ago I use to weigh 180 (which is still big but i wish i was that now lol) I am 20 years old and 5' 4" So my Weight should be 115 to 130 or so my doctor says. But the reason i gained so much was my brother had a car wreck in 2006. It was bad. The doctors thought he wasn't going to make it but he pulled though. But anyways we had to stay at hospitals for a long time. We had to be near him, someone had to stay with him 24/7. So no one could really go anywhere. So stress pilled on with eating breakfast then going to sit with him eating lunch then sitting some more and eating dinner and then spending the night and starts all over again. So anyways we don't have money right now so i can't join a gym or anything like that. I don't have the money to buy exercise machines. And if I am going to do this I want to do it right. No diet pills, No Jenny Craig's, No wieghtwatchers.Just me and my body working.I want to know good foods and be specific please :) I know fruits and vegs and fish but some fruits and vegs are not as good as others.I pretty much know food and water but the exercise is what confuses me.Because most of the exercises that work, they get you muscles and I do NOT want muscles. And if this helps with telling me exercises:I live in Hartselle Alabama. There is no hiking hills or lakes(near by) to go rowing.I don't have the money to buy exercise dvds or anything like that. I love dancing but i don't have the money to join a class of any kind.I like playing sports but there is no one here to play with. I am the only 'teenager' (i'm 20 but whatever close enough lol) on my street. My brother is in a wheel chair from his wreck so i can't play with him. My friend is picky and doesn't like to get sweaty and the rest are working and at collage. My mom and are always busy.So i am pretty much crap out of luck when it comes to sports or having a partner.We only have one vehicle and dad is always using it so i can't drive to the park.Haha so you see how frustrating it is. :)So if anyone knows how i can achive that body with what I don't and do have please tell me. Remember I do NOT want muscles. If you help me, thank you sooooo much I really seriously appreciate the time you took out of your day to help me :)

So i am 17 and starting P90X this Monday, BUT because of money i have to make some substitutes-Formula- Don't got the money for that, so instead i will be using Chocolate Milk after looking online about how it surpassed water, and Gatorade, so its the next best thing.Pills- Don't got the money, so i will be using a overall mixed vitamin.Diet- Don't got the money for all of that food, so i will be using a more or less "eat clean" diet; where i will be giving up all kinds of junk food, and sticking to real actual meals that i can afford, yet i also know about tricks like cereal, and ANYTHING microwavable is junk food. (my mom is a chef, but un-employed at the moment hence no money, but diet knowledge)Weights- Don't got the money for a full weight set, so instead i have resistance bands at strains of 70, 30, 60, and 50 which i will start with 70, and everything 30 days add 30 (Phase 2 remove 30, and replace with 60, then on phase 3 add the 30 again.) i also have a 20, and 35 lb kettlebell's just in-case.Dvd's- I got burned copies from a friend, who got them from a friend, who got them from a friend, who-you get the point.Yoga Mat- Yes.Motivation- Three reasons; 3) to impress an extremely close friend who i haven't seen in over a year. 2) New year=New me, and i want the new me to be like a Spartan. 1) To go back to the confidence, courage, and happiness i once had before the closest thing to a father I've ever had died.So with my substitutes should i still get good results? i will be doing Doubles; considering i was an athlete once, but i went from 160 lb/15% bf to 155 lb/23% bf.Also why is there NO doubles results anywhere?

I have a friend who I'm worried about. She went on a strict diet/exercise regimen over the summer and from May-August and was exercising everyday and really paying attention to what she ate. I spoke with her freely and tried my best to hold her accountable to assure myself that she didn't have any kind of eating disorder or anything. She was always pretty honest with me, and seemed to be doing well so I dropped it after awhile. She lost 60 pounds during that time period. 60. I watched her eat on many occasions and I knew she wasn't throwing up because she had no signs of bulimia.She got pretty obsessed about what she ate and I confronted her about it and almost overnight she was better about it. Lately, though, things have changed. She hasn't gone to the gym for like three weeks, and the weight has crept back on (I think she's gained about 12 pounds since she stopped going to the gym in November). But I'm starting to notice distressing things:1) Every time I see her, she hasn't eaten anything. She just drinks coffee. Whenever we eat together she buys a small amount of food (ex: I buy a meal and frosty at Wendy's, she buys a small fry and frosty) and doesn't finish it.The past 4 times I've seen her all she's had is coffee in the morning. 2) She is EXTREMELY hormonal all the time now. Before, it was rare she ever talked about boys or had a crush or anything. On her period she just gets moody, but other than that I NEVER hear her talk about guys. Now it's all that she can talk about, think about and she seems obsessed, like it's out of her control3) Her face is extremely broken out all the time and she is always yawning and tired. I feel like her skin is kind of a pale yellow tint now, where it was more ivory before (this might be paranoia though)4) She has extreme mood swings, one minute she's up the next she's down. She's also drank, partied and smoked during this time when before she never did anything like that. Should I be worried? Am I overreacting? She IS in college and could just be having kind of a "mid-life crisis" kind of thing going on. I just don't know.Two of my friends have a theory that she is on diet pills and has been since June. They think that with winter break and her stopping working out, she is taking diet pills and not eating, when when she was working out, she was working out, eating and taking diet pills. Does this seem plausible?I know my friend is pro-diet pills because she mentioned thinking about trying them a few years ago, but I never heard anything else about it. I have no idea if she's taking them. But it seems weird to me that she was able to lose so much weight in such a small amount of time.(60 lbs. in 3 months) She's 20 so I don't think it's puberty. And I'm worried. I need some opinions and advice here! Thanks!
