I had been taking tramadol for 3 weeks, 100mg 4 times a day. And stopped a week ago. Now i have the common side effects which include: sweating, dizziness, diarrhea, mood swings change in body temperature from hot to cold (vice-versa), & sleeping for max of 3 hours!!!!If anybody knows how I can prevent these symptoms from happening please state. Thank You

ya your withdrawing from the tramadol. Doctors do not warn patients before we start taking these meds that we can withdraw off them. Withdrawals suck. Drink lots of water. That speeds the process along. Go swimming, Take vitamins. Try to take a walk if you can. You may need something like a zanex to help you sleep. Tramadol is an opiate. It will take a while for you to get it out of your system. In the mean time consult a doctor for meds. that might help you while you are going through withdrawls.
