I'm on a 30 day fast--no I don't have an ED or anything of the sort it has nothing to do with that.I'm on my 3rd day, and I have MAJOR headaches, I feel incredibly weak and can barely stand up without going all lightheaded. Advil or any pills don't work and I've tried drinking water.

today i just went to the vet. i got him dewormed and 8 week vaccination and also flea control.im not sure how to do it but i remmeber the vet put some type of pill down his throat then a plastic syringe up the puppys rear, and inserted the liquid. i think that is to detroy the tapeworm inside. im not so sure what it was for, i forgot to ask (so stupid of me). and then she gave the puppy his vaccination. and then she went outside and got this flea control thing and spreaded the liquid near his neck (below top of the head, near behind the ears) and then she told me not to bathe the dog for two days. but im wondering, is it suppose to work asap? because my puppy is still scratching and its only like once everyone 10mins or so. im not sure if its the fleas or not. i had a previous question before and one of the person who answered my questions said that i need to treat my puppy each month for fleas.- do i do it myself or do i bring him to the vet again?- how do i open my dogs mouth without hurting him?And theres one last question. my puppy isnt eating what the previous owner gave us. it is wet puppy food. and his not eating it. we bought him some dry food and he eats that once in a while. but he doesnt eat it as much as it use to. so we fed it some ham, only a little bit since his still a puppy. and then now we got the food from the vet, and he doesnt eat it much at all. only 4-5 kribbles. and thats it.- do i have to hand feed him?- what dry/wet food do you recommend? - should he drink water or puppy milk?And my puppy is an 8 week old maltese x. and i am drinking over 100 ounces of water a day (i started the diet yesterday..but have been drinking the 100 ounces of water for 3 weeks now).i am staying under 800 calories for the first week( consisting of 3 apples and then dinner), then will gradually go up to normal calories i need.i run up and down 4 flights of stairs 3 times a day and walk around Alot! i woke up this morning and lost 2.5 lbs( not sure if its water weight as ive been drinking ALOT of water).but does this sound sensible to lose 10 pounds this week?

Long story made short. I am 21 years old 153 pounds and 5 feet 3 inches, very active, healthy, athletic and fat. Family promotes healthy eating. I run 3 miles (at the same pace) one morning and the next morning I power walk 3 miles. I eat fist size meals, and I know about sodium, trans fats, calories, sugar, and all that fun stuff. I have tiered healthy dieting, I have tiered starving, I have tiered healthy dieting with diet pills and starving with diet pills. Oh yea I also work out at night for two hours. I do a 30 minutes cardio warm up then one day I do upper body along with abs and the next I do lower body. You can tell that I work out I am full of energy and tone. Yet I am still fat, I can grab a handful of fat, which depresses me because I work so hard. I have incredible self-control and dedication. I have trained my friends at the gym and I have made them eating plans… the ones who actually follow my instructions look very pretty and have such a good bodies. Then I look at the mirror and I am still a size 11 and I still shop for size Large. I been to my doctor and I am healthy, I had a trainer and he says I am fit, I had a nutritionist and i believe I know how to eat properly. I believe I am going into a depression and seeking help from anyone who might have had this problem and found a solution to getting rid of this nasty fat I call my back boobs and my rolls. I weight 153 and I am 40 inches around the stomach area): its not in my head its actual fat. Yes I consume plenty of water my 8 glasses every day. Genetic wise, my mom’s family is thin or alethic… my dad’s family are all shapes and sizes… my dad is built and my mom is thin. Please help me.

I'm very bad at forgetting my contraceptive pill, about two weeks ago the day after I was mean't to start my period (which I didn't come on), I droped the last 3 pills of mine in water by mistake and they discintegrated so I started a new sheet of pills, which the firsty white ones stop you from coming on, so I didn't come on at all, started getting really sore and tender boobs, itchy nipples and i felt bloated. I was worried that I could be pregnant so I stopped taking my pills for a week to see if i would come on, for the first three days i had horrible stomach cramps that I had trouble sleeping, then on the fourth day I came on my period, so I thought great I'm not pregnant, but this morning (5th day) I've woken up with a sore thumping headache and I've taken disprin and it hasn't changed, still sore, it's actually progressing, took more disprin and it still hasn't changed and I feel sick... what's wrong with me...?

Over the course of a month I've been having dreams of being pregnant more than once a week. I love kids and hope to one day have them but I don't have any intention of having any soon. The dreams vary a bit, In one I had gotten pregnant by a friend and ended up tricking me into taking an "abortion pill" basically in the dream he told me it was to help me feel better but right after taking it I started to bleed from the mouth and basically had a miscarriage/abortion. The others I don't remember much except for one other. The last one I had actually scared me a bit, in the dream I was in England and was a surrogate for a friend with the same name as me and in the dream my water broke and I was in the hospital and family members I haven't spoken to in years that I don't get a long with showed up which was extremely weird. Once in the hospital someone kept calling me and whenever I'd answer the person on the other line would refuse to tell me who they were and would just keep telling me they were coming after me and going to kill me and in the dream I knew that he knew I was pregnant and that he was going to kill me before I'd give birth. In all the dreams I never gave birth. The last creepy one was the closest I ever got to giving birth. If anyone has any dream interpretations or whatever I'd really appreciate it. Thanks.

Im a 19 year old guy... about 5'10, 150 lbs, high metabolism and naturally always had a really good beach body "DEFF SOMETHING I DO NOT WANT TO LOSE"...but I'm going on celexa due to mild depression and severe social anxiety.. My doctor never mentioned weight gain but I did some research and have heard alot of horror story's of it causing massive weight gain.. For the last 3 months, I've had, off and on, the feeling of a lump in my throat. Sometimes, I would get the sensation of heart burn. Now, I don't have any medical coverage, or a job at the moment. So, I went to a free clinic. They prescribed me a medication that is suppose to reduce the amount acid in my stomach. It wasn't always effective. It was also, fairly expensive. I'm only 25, so I can't see my self taking a pill for the rest of my life. Especially if it didn't always work, and at the cost.I don't smoke, or drink, or drink coffee or caffeine. Every now and then I have a soda, like one a month. It's a feeling like a burp is stuck in my throat. So, I can try to force a burp, and it relives it for a while. It then builds back up again. I've looked into different symptoms and things, but I don't seem to fall under them. I don't eat big meals, drinking lots of water seems to make it worse, and it's really not heartburn, it's very much in the throat.The doctor said I may only have to take the pills for 2 weeks, though maybe up to 6 weeks. I'd need another prescription at this point. I'm off the pills, and of course it's back. I really cant justify taking a pill that's only 50% effective. If it doesn't actually eventually cure me, why bother?So, what could this be?
What is this lump in throat feeling?
Before anyone says anything, I'm not bulimic. But I just desperately need to get out of going to school tommorow and I can't just fake because my mom won't let me skip unless I have a fever or I'm throwing up. And I've tried faking a fever before, it doesn't work, so I need to make myself throw up. I don't have any ipecac and I don't want to do anything that might be dangerous (i.e. taking pills) and I can't just stick a finger down my throat because I need her to see that I'm throwing up. I heard warm salt water can do the trick. Any info on that? Or any other ideas? Please, I need to get out of going to school tomorrow.
