I went on Triqular over ten years ago. I often wondered if maybe my mood swings and extreme pms was due to birth control but because I had been on the pill so long it was hard to judge.Recently (four months ago) I finally ended a crazy relationship and decided that I would give my body a break and go off the pill. Soon I noticed my skin was acting up (i attributed this to being off the pill) and I felt "less crazy" than I had since I can remember....was this because i was finally away from my ex or being off the pill. Hard to tell. Also I found I was in really good shape (I always worked out but it seemed I was at least 5lbs lighter without trying.....again this could be that I'm not eating snacks regularly with the ex). I really hoped that being irrational and the 5-10lbs weren't side effects of the pill because I had every intention to go back on it once I was dating again and feel like I gave my body a break.Well I've been back on Triquilar for a week and there have been some things that concern me. One is that I've gained at least 5lbs (seems to be mostly boobs and tummy) is this the result of being sick last week and not going super hard at the gym or the pill? I've also cried twice over the last week and feel a little emotionally off. Again who knows if this is the pill or maybe it's my own natural sensitivity and emotions making me "crazy".I'm really really really hoping that I'm just being too sensitive and making a big deal out of nothing because I have a year worth of these pills and I want to be back on some sort of birth control pill.What are other people's experiences with this pill? Is this just a first month thing?

Me and my boyfriend are currently on a one weeks break because he is questioning his love for me and whether he wants a relationship. He felt like this before Christmas but we carried on - however when I asked him this week how he feels he said still the same. So I suggested having a break so that he can properly think about what he wants without me around. We've been together for 2 years and things have been great. I think it's an accumulation of things over the last 6 months; my moaning about him not being romantic enough (which actually he makes up for in terms of his affection/thoughtfulness), a lot of my friends getting married which has perhaps made him feel pressured, and also he started taking anti-anxiety pills for his social anxiety which have made him very nonchalant and unfeeling. So I can kind of see why he is feeling the way he is. But it seems like he has really got it ingrained in his head that we're not going to work anymore and that he can't give a 100%. I take 3 200mg Ibuprofen and 2 650mg Tylenol Arthritis pills at the same time 3 times a day with little to no relief. I am 26 and have lost most of my quality of life. How to find the concentration of a solution?
I am on the patch. i have been thru 4 cycles so far. My periods have been consistent down to the day they start and end, and even the volume of flow. I have never had any kind of bleeding in between. EXCEPT...this last period was odd. it started oct.1st and lasted til oct. 7th (which usually they only last about 3, maybe 4 days and are fairly light). The day i usually stop bleeding i started bleeding very heavy with this last period. After it ended on the 7th, monday the 11th i woke up with blood it my underwear, but it wasnt like period blood. it was actually kind of light red and mucus-y and not very much really. and it was only that one time. Then yesterday afternoon it happened again, and just one time. i have had a baby before. however, i dont know how i could have gotten pregnant because i have used to patch perfectly! my hubby and i have unprotected sex often, we dont use condoms since i am on BC. my doc said it was just my body STILL getting used to the BC. i did a HPT just for peace of mind and it was negative. but i dont buy the fact my body is still getting used to my BC. plus for a while now actually, i have felt little flutters in my lower abdomen. seems like the familiar first movements...and im not gassy or anything. something is just not right. my doc said i couldnt be pregnant since i had my period. but the patch has SO much more estrogen in it than the pill, would that much hormone affect the result of a HPT? could my doc and the test be wrong? to me something just feels not right. someone i hadnt seen in a while said just a couple days ago i had the preggo glow lol! Hello,Well i was put on the oral contraceptive pill called Microgynon 30 ed. I was put on this because i have a painful period and very heavy flow. It has helped me quite a bit which i am really grateful for.But i have been taking the pill for tw months now, and there is something i just dont understand. After i have had all my active tablets, i have to go onto the white inactive pills. These are the pills that bring my period on. But after the first day of taking the white inactive pills, all day im fine until the night. I wake up and it feels like i have wet myself, theres a lot of volume of liquid, althought its not urine. I am fifteen and have not wet the bed since i was 5 years old. This has happened twice now (both at the same time i the cycle of pills). I dont feel much pain from it but i am wondering is this a normmal thing?If someone that knows about Microgynon pill could explain this to me, i would be very grateful. Thank you very much.

I have noticed dark bleeding from my vagina after sex for about a year now, however, it also happens after yoga and even occasionally when i havent had sex, i dont think it is period related as I have now been bleeding on and off for about 8 weeks, the condition only appears to be getting worse. The bleeding typically lasts for 2-4 days at about the same volume as a regular period but far darker, but can differ.In addition, i am getting strong stomach cramps more and more frequently, sometimes several a day, it feels like I am bloated but really badly. I occasionally feel sick after eating, not with any particular food, it doesnt seem to have a pattern, this seems completely random. I do feel it is related though as the sickness only occurs when I am bleeding. I am on the pill (cerezette) and have been for about 7 weeks, only once missing a tablet, and will typically take it at exactly the same time daily, I have not taken any breaks since starting as was instructed not to. Bleeding seems to have become more servere since taking this pill.I have not had sex for at least 4 weeks, and have since taken a pregnancy test which was negative. In addition I had an abortion over a year ago, other than a reduced libido i havent felt any major side effects of this, i waited a fair while before having sex again. However, my boyfriend has said that I bleed very slightly every time we have sex. We always use condoms in addition to the pill, some feel more uncomfortable than others, but I do not feel any pain during sex.I am stuck for what to do, as I have made several visits to the doctor on this who say it is simply related to the pill. Having only being taking the pill for 7 weeks i find this unlikely, as symptoms have lasted longer than that, sickness and cramping possibly for up to 2 years (maybe more, but i cannot remember). I am really worried about this as no doctor seems to be able to help with the issue, but it is clearly getting worse and affecting me daily. I do worry frequently that I am pregnant, but since the abortion I have not had frequent sex, and have always been exceptionally careful with contraception, in addition to taking numerous pregnancy tests. Alright, so I've been dealing with some depression for a long time...after the sixth grade up until now. I'm a freshman in high school currently. Getting back into shape..?
So I used to be 170 lbs when I was in foot ball (Junior Year). I also ran track and field (400 meter dash). I lost about 10 lbs for speed purposes. But that was 2 years ago. I am currently 152 lbs. I model as well. And I'm trying to get my foot ball body back. I was a pretty ripped dude in football. I'm Filipino and Caucasian. I need to get my facts straight about gaining muscle mass. That is my goal to gain 20 hard lbs of pure muscle. I don't drink fizzy drinks. I drink water, milk, and juices 100% of the time. I eat my daily vitamins, and fish oil pills, and cod liver oil pills, and calcium pills. What is true, when it comes to weight lifting? Because I've heard things go towards low reps heavy weight no more than 5 reps 3 sets, and then I've heard things like 70-85 % of you RM ( Rep Max ) at least 8 -10 reps 3-4 sets. How many days should I work out and for how long each of those days? I've, on average heard, 3 days at the gym a week, for no longer than an hour tops, and to only work 2 muscle groups at a time. I've heard that squatting and dead lifting can boost HGH and actually help you grow more. I need the facts people. No BS. I can't afford a trainer. I go to LA fitness though. I'm trying to gain 20 lbs of muscle, and I've researched an read a lot of things.?
So I have always been vegetarian and want to eat healthier and I want to know if my diet is healthy or if it is not, what I should include or omit. Also, I only eat eggs if I cannot taste it (if it is baked into something), so I do not eat eggs by themselves (like in an omelette or scrambled). I also take a daily caclium and vitamin D pill. So here is what I have had so far today and what I am planning on having later on.....For breakfast: half a cup of berries (strawberries, blackberries, and blueberries) with half a cup with greek yogurt sprinkled with sugar and about 2 tablespoons to granola with almonds. A packet of instant cinnamon oatmeal that is fortified with more fiber. Lunch/snack: maybe 8 to 10 strawberries, red apple, small bag of baked chips (was in a rush and couldn't pack a proper lunch today :( )Dinner: I am planning on making mexican tonight. So i will probably have 2 to 3 tostadas with beans, lettuce, tomato, sprinkle of cheese, salsa, peppers, and maybe a little guacamole and sour cream on top.Dessert: I usually do not eat dessert but if I am still hungry I usually have a cup of cheerios with milk or a slice of toast with nutella (I have a sweet tooth but I am trying no to eat fattening desserts like cake and brownies).Thanks :)Also I try to drink 8 to 10 cups of water a day (i usually put a lemon slice in it). How healthy is my diet so far?
ok my issue is that i wake up when i am half awake and half asleep (if u know what i mean) i eat a healthy diet on top of being a personal trainer. I eat dinner about 2 hrs before going to sleep on top of taking a casinate protein shake witch is a slow burning protein. This has been going on for a few years and this past year is getting worse. i seem to wake up and eat the most bizzare stuff from eating a whole jaw of peanut butter to drinking coffee creamer, like real suger substances. i just dont get it ive tried litterally everything to sleeping pills but that just made it worse im getting very depressed i am 22 years old 160 pounds 5''6 male, and cant afford a sleep study im just open to any suggestions. NEED advice asap. hurt alone and broken?
I don't really know my sleep patterns were when I was younger but I've known for three years that I kick and talk a lot in my sleep. When I've stayed the night at friends' houses, I've been able to kind of tense my body and try not to kick or move, it's worked but I am so tired in the morning and end up needing to sleep later on in the day. I heard that if you move around and kick in your sleep, your body isn't truly resting and it isn't good sleep. I've heard that it's even worse to talk because it uses your brain! The only time I've ever been conscious while it happens so that I notice it is sometimes I first fall asleep and feel my leg twitch when I'm starting to dream. I usually don't feel that tired when I wake up or throughout the day, so it made me wonder. And I don't drink coffee, tea, alcohol, smoke or do illegal drugs. I don't take sleeping pills or any medication on a daily basis.

Almost a year ago I started taking a generic to Zoloft called sertraline. Three months into it I decided to take a couple hits off a joint with my girlfriend. I went home not to long after that and went strait to sleep. The next morning I woke up and took 1 sertraline and went to go to work, and on the way to work I had one of the worst panic attacks ever. My body went numb I was having trouble breathing I felt like I was going to pass out. Now this is the problem. After all this I stopped taking the sertraline, it has been almost a year since I stopped taking it. I started taking sertraline because of my anger, I never have had depression issues never had anxiety or panic attacks before this day. Ever since that day I have gotten worse. I am worried all the time that I am going to have a panic attack I am anxious when I drive because I was driving when I had my panic attack and I pay attention to my breathing all day trying to take deep breaths all the time and every time my heart beat speeds up I get real worried. All I had before I started taking sertraline was anger issues and the sertraline was working great until I smoked weed that day. Last night I didn't have a headache but my head just felt numb and I cant feel things anymore. And sometimes when I eat Mexican food my stomach gets messed up which is normal but it makes me panic because my stomach is so numb to things now it makes me feel like there is something wrong. I don't want to get back on medication because I have found ways to deal with my anger but now I am having so many issues with this anxiety. Is this all in my head? When I get anxious feeling I will take a Valerian Root herbal pill and it helps calm me down some but I don't want to take pills just to be happy. What should I do??Its been almost a year since I have been on sertraline and its been over a year since I smoked weed last.Does combining the two have long term effects or is this just all in my head? Do I just need to get myself together and just realize that the two are out of my system and I am fine???

I'm going to make a doctors appointment, but lately I just haven't felt right. I've always had an inner ear problem, but I've never been like this. I'm constantly tripping and dropping things. I had a nice childhood up unitl 4, then my parents split..my dad was very violent and would sometimes yell and hit me and even touch my sexually or say things when no one was around that really scared me, this happened up until I was 11. I have depression- I have a poor diet and have gained lots of weight... I can't eat well for 3 days before my mom suspects I'm "anorexic" and forces me to eat and loads the house with junk food.. I went to the doctor and he said she was overreacting.. and eating healthy, the way I was, was good..-I'm socially awkward, I barely have any friends. I have so much homework, I don't do any extracurricular activities. I live in a very small, messy, crowded apartment which looks like an abandoned dump. About 3 months ago I started having an itch all over my body. There is no rash at all but occasionally I will get a few very small water blisters on my hands and feet which I hadn't experienced before having the itch. It's very very annoying and makes it difficult to sleep. I went to a doctor about it and he didn't seem to think it was a big deal. He gave me allergy pills to take but they make no difference. Around the same time I started having the itch I started taking a supplement containing bee pollen, royal jelly, and bee propolis. I thought that maybe this could be the reason because it was the only change in my diet I've made... so i stopped taking it a month ago. I am beginning to see some improvement but i still very much have the itch. Could it be possible that this supplement caused my itch? I should also mention that I'm not allergic to bee stings, I've been stung maybe 5 or 6 times, but not recently.Thanks for the help!

So yesterday my brother had to make the hardest decision ever. He had to put his pittie to sleep due to old age. She wasn't eating and hardly would moved anymore. My brother is not an emotional kind of guy. At all! I actually thought he was heartless. But he is a emotional wrack right now. I guess the fact that the dog saved him from drowning has a lot to do with it to.And it scares me to death because I also have a pitbull who is around the same age as my brother's dog. And now I can't even look at her without crying or about to cry! She has lumps all over her body. Her back legs give out on her. We have her to all kinds on joint pills and stuff. All she does anymore is sleep!We have been through everything together. I rescued her from a drug dealer who was fighting her nine years ago. I have to admit she was a hand full at times. And everyone in my family thought she was a danger to me and everyone around me.( She never bit me or anyone I loved but she did go after my abusive ex.) now my whole family loves her to pieces. When i first got her she was a aggressive dog that attacked every animal that got near her. But i worked with her and now she's the most loving dog I have ever owned. She even puts up with my grandma's a.d.d yorkie poo that likes to constantly jump on her and bite at her neck. And for some reason stray cats love to play with her. The thought of losing her makes me want to die. She was the only one there when I went through things no one should ever have to go thru. She is my four year old's best friend. So I know my kids are going to really suffer from this too. What if anything can I do to prepare my family for this? And how can I stop myself from getting so emotional when i look at that pretty pittie face?


How to deal with the fact you will lose your best friend sooner than later?
Before I get to my dilemma; If you go around the internet bashing people for doing drugs, please go somewhere else because this is serious to me. I realize it was not necessary to do, however, I was in high school and people experiment. Anyway,About a year ago, I experimented with Ecstasy (during 1 month I had about 4-6 pills, about 1-2 a week for 3 weeks) and then I decided it was fun for the time but not something I would like to continue doing. I have just recently (1 day ago) started taking Zoloft for my anxiety problems. They had been recently getting worse and I've had more anxiety/panic attacks, so I went to the doctor and got prescribed to Zoloft after 1 session (where I explained my problem, how I had been feeling, etc.) I took my first dose of Zoloft last night and today I woke up feeling weird (couldn't get back to sleep, stomach ache, headache) and of course started panicking and I kinda felt like I did when I took ecstasy (warm face, dry mouth (which I know is a side effect of Zoloft), slight confusion, etc.) except without the extremely happy high.Is this a placebo effect taking place or was it a mistake to take Zoloft after I took Ecstasy? Seven months ago, my grandfather came home with a two-week old puppy that had been thrown out of a moving car and left to die. We never meant to keep this pup, but over time we discovered that he is partially blind and has nerve damage in his rear end, as well as possibly having some minor brain damage. The first vet we took him to advised us to put him to sleep, because we would have nothing but problems. The second vet agreed he deserves a chance.This puppy is extremely playful, loves attention, knows he is not the alpha in the house (anything that surprises him, or when one of the other dogs challenges him, results in instantaneous submission), and is a typical puppy. He has overcome his vision problems with the use of his hearing and smell, and acts perfectly normal.Except when food time comes around. About two months ago, we noticed him growling a little bit when the other dogs finished their food. We couldn't help that, since the others do it as well, but we had worked out any potentially dangerous aggression with them before. A couple weeks later, it got to the point where we began feeding him completely separate from the others, in an entirely different room. He took up the habit of snarling. After a couple weeks of this, he seemed great. He didn't growl, or lower himself to the floor, and even slowed down eating a little bit. We praised him when he was done and he responded positively, waggling his tail and spinning in circles.Now, over the past few days, the growling and snarling has randomly intensified to an extreme where he won't even permit us to lower his food bowl to the floor. He snarls and jumps at us, barking low and aggressive. My mother finally experienced what I did the other day- he literally snaps at us until we've backed off into a different room, where he then takes up excitedly looking for his food. There are no displays of aggression until he can physically see his bowl, which he can't see clearly anyways due to his poor eyesight.My family doesn't understand what has caused this horrible aggression. We had no problems with him before, and there is no reason for him to act this way. He has always been provided with plenty of food at set feeding times. We have never denied him a meal, but, at the rate he is going, we can't even get close enough to him to actually give him his food. He is snapping at my mother and father, which he knows is a wrong thing to do since it was established that they are alpha from the very first time he snapped as a three-week old pup, and he never has since. Outside of breakfast and dinner, he is an extremely happy dog. He plays constantly, rarely hides because of a loud noise, sleeps in vulnerable positions, and otherwise acts like he has since we found him. None of our other four dogs act in this manner. We have one that we rescued about four years ago that we have broken food aggression. We can even take her food away to put something in it, or stick our hand down to put a pill in her bowl, and she doesn't even show her teeth.But he's absolutely terrified. We have to put him in his kennel, place his food on the ground, and then let him out. He has gotten to the point where he's relieving himself while he's eating, and we've never had this problem before. His entire temperament changes while that food bowl has food in it. He's an absolutely amazing dog before and after, it's just during meals that he acts as if he has been beaten his entire life, and prevented from eating. I had sex while i was on my period, gross i know, on the 8th. Alright so this is going to be a really long question make sure you read it all or you wont understand it at all. This is the last few months of my menstrual cycle.September 9th (started)-12(ended)I was put on birth controll which i started the 19th (first sunday after my period)September 29(started)-Oct. 2nd (ended) --your thinking what 2 periods in one month yes but i stopped taking my birth controll i only took it 4 days cause i though i was pregnant so this was a reaction to the pills.Oct 29(started)-Nov 1st(ended)Nov. 29th (started)-Dec 2nd (ended)Didn't have a period in Dec. (if you noticed my period comes ever 27 days! I took a pregnancy (pee test) around the day i missed my period and then i took another a couple days later. Now its Jan and still no period. I took 3 more test (pee test) and negative. I went and had blood taken and it was negative i had it taken on the 6th (thursday). I had spotting on the 3rd of Jan. So now what do i do? Could i be pregnant??If you noticed after september my periods were regular all coming 27 days apart so why would they just stop coming all the sudden. & i no longer take the pills i stoped them in september. Im not worried if i am I am TTC. I just want to know if i am or what i should do to find out so that i can start taking good care of my little bundle of joy.
