Can long term use tramadolparacetamol affect the liver?

I am taking 5 tablets of half tramadol and half paracetamol daily 37.5mg tramadol and 600mg Paracetamol. I am worried it is will damage my kidney. any one any answers please

if you are taking tramadol... stop paracetamol intakekeep drinking a lot of waterand drink lemon juice daily

Can i take tramadol after taking 60mg codeine phosphate already?

I also took 1000mg paracetamol and 100g dicolofenac acid.I am in agony with toothache and it just wont settle!
