Can you buy codeine or tramadol or simular painkiller over the counter in france?

Hi, I have a Perscription for Tramadol 100mg and Codeine 30mg in England and am now in France for longer than i expected, does anyone know if I can buy either of these painkillers or simular medication with out the hassle of going and paying for a doctor in france? Thanks.

It can cause seizures. Tramadol is only good at small regular doses throughout the day. Maybe 50mg every four hours for maximum euphoria. Snorting it is a waste. The HCL will burn the crap out of your nose and you would have better success just chewing it up. Either way, its a stripped down analog of codeine, so don't expect much.
