I dont mean at the same time but in moderation of eachother, and what over the counter and herbal drugs should i not take while taking these?

I would definitely call the doctor back and ask him. A lot of health plans (Kaiser for example) also have 24 advice nurses you can call. You can also call the pharmacy. Most pharmacies have a 24 hours call center.Zanaflex is a muscle relaxant and depending on what you are taking that for, you are probably supposed to take that one reguarly.The other two are pain killers. I don't think you should take them together at this point unless you definitely know that you should because the combination of the two can be slightly dangerous. You can probably at this point until you know differently, take one of the pain killers and one of the muscle relaxents. This is a frequent combination.The drugs will also tend to knock you out so be careful when you take them until you know how they will affect you. Do not drink. Do not take any OTC pain relievers with those pain killers. Be careful with allergy medicines. Do not take any herbal drugs.
