ive only got 1 50mg of tramadol left and i take 2 every 4 hours but ive got some, Tramacet 37.5 mg/325 mg film-coated tablets (Paracetamol, Tramadol hydrochloride) so cud i take 1 tramadol and 1 tramacet at same time? thanks

Yes, you can safely take both simultaneously. Tramadol is a pain reliever and Ultracet is tramadol +tylenol. By combining the two pills, you are getting a near optimal dose of tramadol plus some tylenol, which shouldn't hurt unless your liver is a mess
