How long will vyvanse and tramadol stay in my system?

I took Vyvanse (adderall) 10 days ago and i also took some tramadol (ultram)for back pain about 2 weeks ago. The only thing is i have to take a drug test tomorrow. How long will these stay in my system for and are they even going to be tested for in a drug test that the state of kansas will be giving me.

Ultram shouldn't show up on a U/A for opiates, at least they didn't or weren't an issue for me. And I would think any pill would be out of your system after 6 days if you take a U/A. I wouldn't take adderall unless it's prescribed for you. If your caught with one adderall pill in your pocket without a prescription, they will give you a felony charge. It might seem extreme but that is the way drug prohibition is. Cannabis is the one drug that stays in your system for a long time. It can last in your system from 30-60 days. I would guess you have nothing to worry about. But you might drink a little apple cider vinegar to rid your body of impurities. I actually drink a little apple cider vinegar everyday just because it's good for you. I don't take pills that aren't prescribed to me. It's just a good practice to get into. If someone casually offers you a controlled substance that seems harmless because it's only a pill, just tell them no thanks. It's just not worth the trouble.

Is there any major risk associated by taken tramadol pain killer and viagra within 3 to 4 hours intervals?

I take Tramadol to enhance my mood; I take it in an abusive manner. I'm now addicted to it, but this is not the issue now, as I will deal with this problem in the near future, my concern now is what are the consequences when taken Tramadol and 2 to 3 hours later take 1 tab of 50mg. in addition to couple or 3 glasses of wineRight now I ONLY take Tramadol right after i wake up in the morning, it has been gradually increasing, and right now I take up to 300mg to 400 mg,( neither Viagra nor alcohol)Please help with an answerI'm not taken Viagra now but soon when I meet my lover I will. We only meet once a year for 1 month, other than that I don't have sex during the remaining 11 months, hence no Viagra at all(I'm a very busy person holding middle management position in a major financial institute-45 years old, diabetic)

45, diabetic, addicted to tramadol.. and wanting to take viagra on top of that?? you might severely mess your self up if you dont die.. tramadol is a depressant, viagra is a vasoldialator.. and then putting wine on top of that?? thats called speed balling and it kills....

Don't listen to any ol' firemonkey. Go to a doctor! Your a polyabuser, which can lead to certain heart failure. Just put down the viagra, and go to the doctor, no girl is worth your life.

Can you take tramadol and tramacet at the same time?

ive only got 1 50mg of tramadol left and i take 2 every 4 hours but ive got some, Tramacet 37.5 mg/325 mg film-coated tablets (Paracetamol, Tramadol hydrochloride) so cud i take 1 tramadol and 1 tramacet at same time? thanks

Yes, you can safely take both simultaneously. Tramadol is a pain reliever and Ultracet is tramadol +tylenol. By combining the two pills, you are getting a near optimal dose of tramadol plus some tylenol, which shouldn't hurt unless your liver is a mess
