I was 5'6 and 110 pounds by restricting to 1300 calories a day for around 6 months.During then, I guess I've been too restrictive. I lost my period for 6 months. However I did feel really proud and happy at 110. I feel it is my right weight. I saw my Dr and she put me on birth control pills starting December. So since December this year, I started binging and eating too much everyday for 4-5 weeks. Lots of junk food. I also got my period for the first time in 6 months this week. I gained 20 pounds in total. I feel bloated, heavy, horrible and failure. I exercised hard to lose weight and I was really overweight before (150 pounds). I also started eating really healthily before. Theses days I eat unhealthily, too much, binge and am gaining weight.I want to ask, do you think some of the weight is from getting my period again from the pills ? And how do I realistically combat the weight gain? I've decided to stop eating junk food and binging today. But I don't want to restrict too much and go back to old habits.I want to be a healthy weight. But thin. I don't feel good with the extra weight.I am determined to get back on track.Please don't be cruel. I just want advice.


Help! I am binging and gaining weight ?
Long story made short. I am 21 years old 153 pounds and 5 feet 3 inches, very active, healthy, athletic and fat. Family promotes healthy eating. I run 3 miles (at the same pace) one morning and the next morning I power walk 3 miles. I eat fist size meals, and I know about sodium, trans fats, calories, sugar, and all that fun stuff. I have tiered healthy dieting, I have tiered starving, I have tiered healthy dieting with diet pills and starving with diet pills. Oh yea I also work out at night for two hours. I do a 30 minutes cardio warm up then one day I do upper body along with abs and the next I do lower body. You can tell that I work out I am full of energy and tone. Yet I am still fat, I can grab a handful of fat, which depresses me because I work so hard. I have incredible self-control and dedication. I have trained my friends at the gym and I have made them eating plans… the ones who actually follow my instructions look very pretty and have such a good bodies. Then I look at the mirror and I am still a size 11 and I still shop for size Large. I been to my doctor and I am healthy, I had a trainer and he says I am fit, I had a nutritionist and i believe I know how to eat properly. I believe I am going into a depression and seeking help from anyone who might have had this problem and found a solution to getting rid of this nasty fat I call my back boobs and my rolls. I weight 153 and I am 40 inches around the stomach area): its not in my head its actual fat. Yes I consume plenty of water my 8 glasses every day. Genetic wise, my mom’s family is thin or alethic… my dad’s family are all shapes and sizes… my dad is built and my mom is thin. Please help me.

Note: I don't eat all of these at once, these are just the options I have and I use different combos of the options.Breakfast Options- Cereal (Cheerios or some kind of wheat), all w/ fruit Oatmeal PB an J (natural peanut butter and low sugar jelly)Snack Options- Pistachio nuts Fruit Low sodium Salsa w/ Ritz toasted chips (basically crackers, 12 crackers are 130, 35 fat) Veggies Fiber barLunch Options- Low sodium chicken noodle soup or vegetable soup Turkey sandwich Chicken salad with teaspoon light ranch Tuna sandwich (1 can tuna, 1 tablespoon light mayo, onion, boiled egg white on toasted wheat bread) Ham and cheese sandwich (maybe once a week) PB and J (natural peanut butter and low sugar jelly)SnackDinner Options- Main Dishes Side Dishes Baked or Grilled chicken wings Broccoli Baked or grilled chicken breast Corn Broccoli Stir Fry w/ chicken 99% Fat Free Vegetarian Chili(beans, chili peppers) Chicken Parmesean (w/ Italian bread crumbs Green Beans tomato sauce, and fresh Parmesean) Greens Also, I take fish oil pills 3 times a day and I drink a Whey protein drink after lifting weights (I lift 4 times a week, cardio 6 times a week). Is this diet healthy enough for me to lose at least 1-2 pounds a week? Should I add or take something out?

If she was pregnant she would be about 8 weeks. She had morning sickness for about 3 days but then nothing else after and she had what we both thought was her period. She bled and cramped for 4 days and now she hasnt really had any signs since then she hasnt noticed any weight gain or lost either. She was also 3 weeks late of her period but that was probably a side effect from the morning after pill and she has VERY irregular periods anyways. Whats yall opinions on this?

Recently I started the gym And need to know how much weight i could lose in a month if i ate only 1500 calories or so. But the least i do is 1 mile.After the bike I go in the sauna for about 20 minutes. (A friend told me its good)After the sauna i go swimming for about an hour or so. And I just do laps back and forth. Out of the 1 hour I am usualy in there...About 45 minutes I am swimming and 15 minutes I would proly be resting. How much weight could i lose in a month?Also a friend told me to take some pills to lose weight also while i do all that and it will like double my weight loss?
