How can i loss weight fast!?
Hey all my statistics are 31 30 and 36 as you can notice that my upper body is definitely thinner than my lower body.I recently suffered weight loss so my bust has gone from 33 to 31 now and now my figure Just doesn't look good.Also it gets me into trouble while getting up from the bed when you are sitting on the bed.I get stucked while getting up if i am sitting on the floor :'( MY hips bulge out and don't look good from the sideways . I just dont like itFor years i have been trying to lot to loose my hips which are so big and make them disproportional to my upper body and hence i had taken weight loss pills which reduced 2 inches from my entire body from top to the bottom.So it was 33.32.38 and now it has become 31.30.36 but see the disproportinality still exists how do i loose wieght without loosing my bust anymoreAlso since i have lost my bust now how can i gain it by eating some special kind of diet or fruits or excersies.I desperately need to loose weight :'(Please help Thank You :)forgot to mention i do leg splits and they had shown that 2 inches of my hips had gone off but then again they have comeback.This was an incident before i took the weight loss pills !And i still do let splits to loosen up over there

Alright i weight about 350 pounds I am a male and 5'9. Recently I started the gym And need to know how much weight i could lose in a month if i ate only 1500 calories or so. I know you guys will say thats to little and such but no thats all i want to eat because i need fast results. Please do not say its not healthy! I know it isnt but all i need answered is if what i do is good enough to lose weight fast...Like at least 5 pounds a weekI walk at the gym for like 30 minutes at a pace of 2.5.(I could do more but just that my legs start to hurt...I dont really get all out of breath or anything.)After walking i get on the bike and do about 1 mile on it sometimes more. But the least i do is 1 mile.After the bike I go in the sauna for about 20 minutes. (A friend told me its good)After the sauna i go swimming for about an hour or so. And I just do laps back and forth. Out of the 1 hour I am usualy in there...About 45 minutes I am swimming and 15 minutes I would proly be resting. How much weight could i lose in a month?Also a friend told me to take some pills to lose weight also while i do all that and it will like double my weight loss?

I've always been a thin girl, ranging from a size 0 to a size 5. At age 17, I started birth control, which took me from 101 pounds to 164 pounds in just 2 years. This drastic weight gain has really taken a toll on my personal life. I'm definitely not as outgoing as I used to be, and I've lost a lot of confidence. I'm making some changes! I just purchased an elliptical, which I plan on using every other day. As well as Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred that I plan on using the days I don't use the elliptical. ALSO, I've made positive changes to my diet. I completely cut out sodas (I normally had 2 or more a day), went from whole milk to organic fat free, and white bread to wheat bread. Even though I'm not a big fan of diet pills, I'm actually terrified of what they can do, I purchased Lipo 6 because of it's great reviews.Anyhow, I'm just asking for some advice. I've never had to watch what I eat or do anything to maintain my thin physique 2 years ago. Am I on the right track to weight loss?How long until I should begin seeing results?

Well, my friend is slim anyway, but because me and my other friends are really thin (naturally) she seems to think that she's really fat. For a while now she's only been eating one meal a day, and she only eats a very small portion. I have noticed the weight loss, and she's becoming really quite thin. My teacher today asked me what it's all about and I basically told her everything. I don't mean to be a horrible friend but I think she's developing an eating disorder? She's also started smoking to suppress her appetite. Do you think she has an eating disorder? Because I do, although she's still eating one meal a day, surely this is how they start - she just can't see it!
