If i got an extended release medicine like tramadol er would i feel it 2 or 3 times thru out the day?

But I guess you are asking whether or not the release stops and starts a few times?NO, the pill is released in a controlled manner, so it slowly dissolves throughout a few hours. The pain should be reduced throughout the day, so don't worry about on and off pain.

No. Extended release is a slow gradual release. It does not stop releasing medication and then start again, so you would not feel spurts throughout the day.

No this is not normal. It really sounds like you are allergic to it. Does it make your throat feel swelled? I would tell your doc and stop taking it until you hear from them.

the same thing happens to me i take tramadol it drove me insane,but if you go back to your gp the will prescribe an antihystemine for you i take piriton and it works really well.hope this helps you.

It is very good for the pain in my back and the pain I had after my op. You have to be careful with it as it can become addictive. I was warned by my dr that it can make the effect of valium and other meds that make you drowsy worse. Other that that im not sure what to say.

used to take tramadol long time ago. you feel really groggy apon waking. absolutely do not take after expiration. it will give you horrible headaches.

It is a synthetic opiate like pain killer that can be extremely addictive. It is good for pain in higher doses of 100 -200 mg. It makes you feel a euphoric high as with all pain killers. When I take it, I feel like I have more strength and energy. Every person is different though because some people get drowsy from it.It causes heart palpitations in some people or even siezures. Over dose can be fatal.
