O.K. first of all don't do it. I just want to clarify that 100 tylenol PM's and 20 tramadol's will kill you instantly, it won't take six months. Tramadols will cause you to have a seizure and and the Tylenol will cause you to have liver failure. The PM will sedate you, but in large amounts, mixed with Tramadol, it will cause for a horrifyingly uncomfortable death. That would be a horrible way to go. Life is too precious. Talk to someone, you have your whole life ahead of you.

Your kidneys will be poisoned and you will die slowly over a period of a couple of weeks in agonizing pain. The problem with O.D.'s is they almost always cause a failure of vital organs, but not total shut down of all organs. That results in slow death as the organs die one by one. The average O.D. takes about six months for total organ failure. While waiting for death, the victim is almost always in excruciating pain as organs fail.
