Ive been taking a painkiller callled tramadol for ages now and started off taking 2 a day and am now on for..previously these have not effected my skin but ive noticed recently that it has got real bad im at the point where i cant go out!!! it that bad im on minocycline only been two weeks and zineryt topical solution any advice would be great

Not likely acne is caused by taking tramadol.You do not give your age, but hormone levels can influence acne as can stress.Minocycline is a broad spectrum antibiotic used in the treatment of acne. Zineryl is another antibiotic again regularly used to treat acne.Your doctor seems to be very efficient and if he had the slightest suspicion that your painkiller was causing trouble he would have changed it. Give the antibiotics time to work.

it is your bodys way of getting rid of the toxins of the tramadol, the flare up will be tempory and will soon go , so do not dispairalso the meds your on are great for healing acne so keep taking them
