i usually take 5-50 mg tramadol for chronic leg pain, i also have vicoden on hand but im out of tramadol and not sure how much vicoden to take to compensate for the tramadol.

Vicodin is usually taken 1 every 4-6 hours as needed for pain. When in doubt, please check with your doctor or pharmacist!
