Not.I live in Iceland, although I'm a resident of the States. All we can get is Tramadol (called Tramol here). It bites.I suggest calling your doctor at about 2 a.m., then 3, then 4, to inform him/her that it's just not doing it for you... keep this up. Oh what I would do for good drugs. I've just got fish. Lots and lots of fish...

Hi,I'm in the worst possible pain I suffer from very bad sciatica, and I cant SLEEP, its gotten so bad, even my doc doesn't know what to do for me any more, she referred me to physiotherapy but there is a bit of a waiting list, so im stuck with this pain,I have tried all the painkillers doc gave me and they aren't much help apart for when I take tramadol 50mg and aulin 100mg together. But im just not sure if that's the best idea. Could it cause lasting damage or are the compatible to take together?Please help me; it hurts so much I can't think straight.

my wife is taking tramadol, gabapentin,ibuprofen, and oralmorph all together plus 4other meds due to brain tumour and its not doing a thing for her pain! my answer would be go to your dr and tell them you need morphine injections, or have what i had done after breaking my back and that was had the sciatic nerve removed . Data sheet for Nimesulide does not suggest any interaction with tramadol. NSAID of other types ar certainly often given with Tramadol. I had to check the data sheet as this drug is not available in UK.

If any of these occur and you are concerned, although these symptoms are known side effects of the drug, just call your GP or NHS Direct on 0845 4647 to clarify you should keep taking them.Tramadol should not be given in patients with alcoholism because of its addictive componant, however it is safe to take for short periods at a time. It depends on the manufacturer. Some are round, oblong and oval. NEVER buy pills from an online pharmacy. Most ARE rip-offs. Call your local pharmacy and describe the pills to them. They will confirm that you have the right medication. In the meantime, don't take any until you know.I have to tell you in my experience, the people who buy online medications are drug addicts who do not have valid prescriptions. Otherwise....you would just take the script to your local pharmacy and get it filled. The DEA watches these online pharmacies and if you got something illegally....you ARE going to get caught. The most you should consume in a 24 hour period is 400mg. That would be a dose of two 50mg. tablets every 6 hours. That's the max.I hope you are not abusing these. They are extremely addictive.

tramadol is not addicting, i am an opiate user and found that tramadol does nothing whatsoever even in large quantities. if your looking to get high go get something worth doing such as any perscription that is opiate based. and take decent ammounts, at least 5-8 tabs at a time to get a heroin based high. I have some friends who are taking some kind of pain killer which is called tramadol, and they are using it for pleasure.while being under it's effect they seem to be thinking normally but they talk slowly, and their reflexes are slow also.and their eyes look strange.they take 2 pills daily each is 100mg which makes it 200 mg daily.I don't know what to do, is it dangerous? should I tell their parents and let them stop it by force or should I try to talk to them to stop it peacefully?

Two pills a day does not make an addiction. Tramadol is a moderate non-narcotic pain reliever that comes in 50mg tablets. Should your friends be abusing prescription drugs? No they shouldn't. I am guessing that they have access to someones prescription and will probably run out of pills soon. I can not tell you if you should or should not rat them out to their parents. You are there and I am here, you have the inside view on what is happening and how they are reacting. I will say this, friends usually tend to get really pissed off when they are unnecessarily ratted on by their friends. So, make sure you are not being over-reactive, but do what ya have to do if they ramp up their irresponsible behavior and become a danger to themselves. Being that I took tramadol 50mg tablets on a regular basis for a back issue I think that your friends should seek some kind of drug treatment. Using this drug for pleasure and not it's intended purpose is dangerous, and that really goes for any drug. I was advised when taking my pills that anymore than 8 tablets in one day could cause seizures and other neurological problems. People are becoming addicted to tramadol because it makes you feel good, and it's a low dose. I think first you should try to talk to your friends about this and if they don't stop themselves then I would go to their parents. You should also find out if one of them has a prescription to be taking this medication because if they don't then it's considered to be illegal for them to be using it. In some states tramadol is a class 4 narcotic which is in the same category as vicodin.
