Which one has got more side effects and more addictive. How stronger is each compared?

Oxycodone is a hell of a lot stronger than ultram. Me and my mother both see pain management doctors due to bad backs (i have scoliosis and she has disk issues, pinched nerves, and anything that can be wrong, is wrong with her) anyway, my mother is on oxycodone 30mg 3 times a day and your doctor will only put you on that medication if there is really something wrong. I am on ultram for my scoliosis and it is no where near as strong as the oxy's. So to answer your question-both are addictive but oxycodone is a lot more addictive and alot stronger. Also, oxycodone is a narcotic, and ultram is not.Do yourself a favor and DO NOT get on oxycodone if you dont absolutely need it because once your on it, you will be on it for the rest of your life.

I can only speak from my own experience. I use prescriptions for both and much more. Tramadol seems pretty good to me and it's non addictive. It doesn't seem to fully block severe, chronic pain, but it works far better for me than many others for pain management.Oxycodone is a narcotic and is strictly regulated by your doctor and pharmacies by law, but it is a quick fix. It is very addictive and may fool the cerebral cortex into thinking that more pain deserves more medication. I experienced a feel good state with a sense of relief, but also short term memory loss, inability to focus concentration and awkward moodiness. I decided to stop.

Neither unless (1) Prescribed by your doctor for (2) chronic or severe pain. I believe that you are not suffering from chronic or severe pain but are looking for something to get high. You have already asked which is stronger Tramadol and Volterol. Apparently you already have, or have access to, Tramadol which is the generic version of Ultram. Both are highly addictive medications and are for LIMITED use only unless you are dying of cancer. Neither Oxycodone/Oxycontin, Tramadol or Volterol are prescribed for recreational use or sale on the streets. While there is a long list of scary side effects to Oxycodone and Tramadol they can safely be taken under the close supervision of a physician. I OCCASIONALLY take Tramadol for chronic pain caused from a broken neck and lower back injury. I do not take it on a daily basis and only when over-the-counter pain relievers don't work.It CANNOT be taken if a person uses alcohol, tranquilizers, anxiety medications, street drugs, and many other medications. That's what causes the long list of side effects that are listed with Tramadol. Also you can't take it if you suffer from sleep apnea, low blood pressure, slow heartbeat, or while taking other medications. If you are hell-bent on becoming an addict or making someone else become an addict, you need to reconsider your motives. Those medications are not something you play around with unless your grave has already been dug, your casket has been paid for, and your flowers have been chosen. You never like a book|like the book which dose will be your last dose. If you buy it from a street dealer you run an even higher risk because much of that schitt comes from Mexico and other countries who don't care whether the formula is exactly right or not. Mexico has some of the nastiest and lax pharmaceutical companies in the world. They're not interested in your health, and don't care whether it kills your or not, they only want your dollars.

I believe both are very strong powerful painkillers that are prescribed under direction of a GP. My Father took both at different times for pain related to a cancerous condition. I beleieve the first can be given as a slow-release which suited him better (but I may be wrong - can't quite remember).Either way, I really think your GP should advise as my Father did have a reaction between Tramadol and another of the tablets he was taken, so there may be some reactions. Your GP should be able to tell which will suit you best based on your medical history and which other meds you are taking.Good luck.
