hiyaaaa im 4,11 or 5 ft one of them ;/ haha n i way about 7.3 or around that n im drinking green tea and taking green tea tablets to speed up my metabolism but it helped me lose just over a stone :) XD now i don't want to be really skinny or anything i just want to be slim so is there any pills, drinks or fruit that will help me lose some more weight btw i do have a very healthy diet so im not starving myself or anything and i do regular work outs on top of a very physical job :)and im 17 n still hoping that im growing -_-

I am 21 years old. 158cm and 65kg. 5"2 143 pounds. My goal weight is to reach 50kg by the end of 3 months. starting today. My plan:Cut half of the normal carbohydrates that i eat and eat LOTS of vegetables and protein. Drink a lot of water. 30 mins of cycling and 30 mins of brisk walking on alternate days. On top of that I am eating a 'fat burning' pill that speeds up my metabolism and also using a fat loss cream to combat the stretch marks I'm gonna get/already have. So Will i lose my 15 kgs or at least 10 kgs. comments and suggestion are welcomed.

Alright, so I've been dealing with some depression for a long time...after the sixth grade up until now. I'm a freshman in high school currently. Over these past three years I've developed some pretty serious issues. Depression was first, then I started restricting my diet and what I ate. Now I'm down to under 400 calories a day. I started purging about six months ago and it's becoming very regular. I've lost weight. People compliment me on how good I look, and it feels like starving and purging are ways of dealing with the stress I have put on me. I'm scared to lose that, but I am aware that I could be hurting myself. But I just can't stop.My mom found out about a week ago and I was so stressed and guilty about her finding out that I told my closest friend. She really supports me in all of this. Yesterday I found out that my mom wants to put me in some sort of treatment, whatever that means. I also found out that she used to have an eating disorder and that my aunt did as well. I never knew that.I have no idea what to do. A part of me wants to be better, feel normal, etc. Another part of me just feels so safe in all my habits and routines. I don't want to change. But I know I'm hurting my mom and my friend. I feel guilty about that, because I feel like it's my fault. I didn't mean for this to happen. It just sort of did. I wish it hadn't. But I don't know what to do to stop. And on top of that I am scared to death of treatment. I don't want any feeding tubes in my nose or taking pills or any of those things. I am truly honestly terrified. Help me, please!In answering the first person's question, my mom brought that up already. Look at it this way. If someone put rat poison in front of you, you wouldn't eat it, right? That's how I look at food. I can't see it any other way than it hurting me. That's what's making treatment so terrifying to me.

I used to be a great runner. I had phenomenal endurance and endless energy. Now, after the freshman fifteen (which was more like the freshman twenty-five!), countless all-you-eat buffets, a desk job and ten years later... I'm in the worst shape I have ever been. I'm now about twenty pounds overweight and I am tired all the time. To top it off, I also have recently developed high blood pressure.I'm sick of it. I know the basics of fitness and nutrition. I'm looking for little hints and advice. What worked for you? What food helped you shed those pounds? What exercise was so much fun it didn't even seem like exercise? I know that my primary exercise will be running. What tips do you have for a runner? What types of shoes do you recommend for feet with unusually high arches?I'm looking for serious and adult answers please. I don't want diet pills or unhealthy suggestions. Getting back into shape..?
So I used to be 170 lbs when I was in foot ball (Junior Year). I also ran track and field (400 meter dash). I lost about 10 lbs for speed purposes. But that was 2 years ago. I am currently 152 lbs. I model as well. And I'm trying to get my foot ball body back. I was a pretty ripped dude in football. I'm Filipino and Caucasian. I need to get my facts straight about gaining muscle mass. That is my goal to gain 20 hard lbs of pure muscle. I don't drink fizzy drinks. I drink water, milk, and juices 100% of the time. I eat my daily vitamins, and fish oil pills, and cod liver oil pills, and calcium pills. What is true, when it comes to weight lifting? Because I've heard things go towards low reps heavy weight no more than 5 reps 3 sets, and then I've heard things like 70-85 % of you RM ( Rep Max ) at least 8 -10 reps 3-4 sets. How many days should I work out and for how long each of those days? I've, on average heard, 3 days at the gym a week, for no longer than an hour tops, and to only work 2 muscle groups at a time. So I have always been vegetarian and want to eat healthier and I want to know if my diet is healthy or if it is not, what I should include or omit. Also, I only eat eggs if I cannot taste it (if it is baked into something), so I do not eat eggs by themselves (like in an omelette or scrambled). I also take a daily caclium and vitamin D pill. So here is what I have had so far today and what I am planning on having later on.....For breakfast: half a cup of berries (strawberries, blackberries, and blueberries) with half a cup with greek yogurt sprinkled with sugar and about 2 tablespoons to granola with almonds. A packet of instant cinnamon oatmeal that is fortified with more fiber. Lunch/snack: maybe 8 to 10 strawberries, red apple, small bag of baked chips (was in a rush and couldn't pack a proper lunch today :( )Dinner: I am planning on making mexican tonight. So i will probably have 2 to 3 tostadas with beans, lettuce, tomato, sprinkle of cheese, salsa, peppers, and maybe a little guacamole and sour cream on top.Dessert: I usually do not eat dessert but if I am still hungry I usually have a cup of cheerios with milk or a slice of toast with nutella (I have a sweet tooth but I am trying no to eat fattening desserts like cake and brownies).Thanks :)Also I try to drink 8 to 10 cups of water a day (i usually put a lemon slice in it). I drink maybe 3 to 4 cups of coffee a week.okay nina....i am in the normal BMI range, have a healthy body, and i am a size 5. honey i am not fat. quit being jealous....for lunch I normally have:Organic Peanut butter (has flaxseed in it so has omega-3s) and jelly sandwich (100% whole wheat though) and some fruit (banana, apple or berries)sometimes I have leftovers for dinner: ratatouille with whole wheat pasta, brown rice with corn and beans etc.I usually have a heavier breakfast so my lunches are usually light


How healthy is my diet so far?
ok my issue is that i wake up when i am half awake and half asleep (if u know what i mean) i eat a healthy diet on top of being a personal trainer. I eat dinner about 2 hrs before going to sleep on top of taking a casinate protein shake witch is a slow burning protein. This has been going on for a few years and this past year is getting worse. i seem to wake up and eat the most bizzare stuff from eating a whole jaw of peanut butter to drinking coffee creamer, like real suger substances. i just dont get it ive tried litterally everything to sleeping pills but that just made it worse im getting very depressed i am 22 years old 160 pounds 5''6 male, and cant afford a sleep study im just open to any suggestions.
